Mental Decay have been a part of the NJ/NYC punk scene since the early days and are still thriving years later. Volume 2 of this collection show the band progressing into a more polished sound, still hard, fast and punk rock yet you can hear elements of other styles and sounds most notably Motorhead and the west coast punk sound of bands like Agent Orange. NJ Hardcore Punk always walked the line of mixing rock, metal and punk all into a stew of angst ridden glory! Both volume 1 and 2 contain material that was released via 7"s etc and also lots of unreleased gems!
